What is in store for this year's Price Points Live?

Join us for an enlightening journey into the heart of eCommerce with our reoccurring event, designed to illuminate the often murky world of retail eCommerce with a spotlight on transparency. Set within the architectural wonder that is Capital C, formerly known as the Diamond Exchange, attendees will find themselves under a breathtaking transparent glass dome - a fitting symbol for the topic of transparency.

Guided by the effervescent Suyin Aerts, this year's gathering elevates the conversation with keynote presentations and an engaging and interactive Q&A panel to inspire action and catalyse industry growth.

The Event

The event begins with a light brunch, setting the stage for a day of discovery as we navigate from the current e-commerce landscape to the horizon of future prospects and innovations. The narrative continues to reveal the 'why' behind the seismic shifts occurring beneath the surface of e-commerce, preparing you to harness these insights for the evolution of your business.

Our journey takes a deep dive into the world of e-commerce and the delicate interplay between brand credibility and channel marketing. Crucial lessons on the nuances of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channels will be unveiled, offering insights for those intent on mastering this increasingly vital business avenue.

A brief intermission featuring lunch and refreshments serves as a bridge, connecting the worlds of marketing and product. Post-break, our product expert will decode the day-to-day machinations of online retail, pinpointing the engines of growth while charting a course for assembling a formidable e-commerce team.

The afternoon session welcomes our founder and CEO, Sander Roose, who will share insights on the key factors we have learned for success in dynamic pricing, how Omnia has harnessed these learnings in the creation of its next-generation pricing platform, Omnia 2.0, which debuted this past summer, '23, and what the future holds for the Omnia platform.

The renowned pricing strategist Hermann Simon will share his insights into hidden champions and covert market leaders, laying bare the strategies underpinning market giants' success.

We then pivot to unravel the enigma of customer centricity, delving into consumer behaviour, sustainability trends, and societal shifts, all to expose the subconscious influences that sway customer decisions.

As the event draws to a close, our interactive Q&A panel offers a final chance for engagement. The day's learning transitions into a relaxed evening with an open bar and music from our resident DJ to create the perfect backdrop for a night of networking. This provides a unique opportunity to mingle with some of Europe's biggest brands and retailers and is set to eclipse the success of our 2022 event.

Through his talks and workshops he's inspired and helped a variety of clients, ranging from FMCG corporates to AI start-ups, from government agencies to the World Chambers Congress.

In times of hyper-fast tech developments, digital transformation and permachange, there is one solid, constant element: the customers. Also known as: people. And it’s the companies that truly understand their customers that will outlive any tech hype or (terrible word alert) disruption. The key thing to being successful in these challenging times is putting the customer central. But customer centricity is not defining a socio-demographic target audience but truly understanding the needs of the people you work for.
